LEAF AND YARD WASTE COLLECTION

COLLECTION PERIOD - REGULAR TRASH DAYS BETWEEN OCTOBER 26, 2009 THROUGH NOVEMBER 28, 2009.

Leaves and other yard waste will be collected by: WASTE MANAGEMENT INC

Leaf and other yard waste includes leaves, garden residue, shrubbery clippings and tree trimmings and similar materials. These items must be placed in BIODEGRADABLE PAPER BAGS and placed at the curb on your regular trash collection day. Bags are available at local Giant Eagle, Option Supply, and Home Depot stores. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE LEAF AND OTHER YARD WASTE IN REGULAR PLASTIC BAGS. Large shrubs and tree trimmings the will break the bags must be bundled and tied. Branches should not exceed four(4) feet in length and three(3) inches in diameter and bundles should not exceed 50 pounds in weight.
